What plastic chain materials do you stock?
We stock chains manufactured in POM (polyoxymethylene / acetal), PP (polypropylene), and PA (nylon). POM is the most common — it offers high strength, low friction, and excellent chemical resistance. PP is preferred for applications requiring specific chemical compatibility or lower cost. Food-grade and FDA-compliant versions are available across several series.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
For standard stocked items there is no strict minimum order — we can supply from as little as one box (typically 3 or 10 metres depending on chain type). For custom specifications or export container orders, MOQ applies and will be discussed at the time of enquiry. Contact us with your requirement and we will advise accordingly.
Can you help with chain selection for my conveyor system?
Yes. Our team can assist with chain selection based on your application parameters — including product being conveyed, conveyor speed, radius of curves, operating temperature, and hygiene requirements. Please provide as much detail as possible in your enquiry, including the make and model of your conveyor if known, or any existing chain part numbers.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
For items held in our Sydney warehouse, dispatch is typically same day or next business day. Delivery within NSW is generally 1–2 business days. Interstate delivery to VIC, QLD, SA, and WA takes 2–5 business days depending on location. For items requiring factory order from Ever Power, lead times are typically 3–6 weeks depending on the specification.
Do you supply plastic chains for export to other countries?
Yes. We regularly supply customers in Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, and Brazil. Our direct relationship with Ever Power allows us to offer competitive pricing on container-load quantities. Please contact us with your country, required chain specifications, and annual volume estimate, and we will prepare a tailored export quotation.
Are your plastic chains suitable for food processing?
Many of our plastic chain series are manufactured from FDA-compliant materials and are suitable for food and beverage contact applications. They require no lubrication, are easy to clean, and resist common food-industry cleaning chemicals. Please specify food-grade requirements when placing your enquiry so we can confirm the correct material grade.
